Jason & Ashley | Wedding

Jason and Ashley's wedding was a gorgeous greenery romance. Seriously though, when Terha and I picked up floral from our wholesaler for this wedding, we thought we did not order enough flowers. Greens everywhere with the most elegant blooms at the focal points.

Fun fact: Jason and Ashley are not our first Miller wedding to be a part of. You may remember last October, we had the pleasure of doing floral for Kevin and Sarah Miller's bohemian backyard wedding, at the same house! Ashley was a bridesmaid in their wedding and a couple months later, she was engaged! Fast forward a few more months to when I met with her to discuss her floral vision over coffee... and the rest is history!

And in my opinion, history never looked so good! Enjoy! :)

BRIDAL PARTY

Ashley's bouquet was just TO DIE FOR! She incorporated white Garden roses, white spray roses, mauve roses, Sweet Natalie dahlias, along with Parvafolia, Gunni, and Seeded Eucalyptus.

How cute is this sign?!

You may be wondering why the yellow rose?... Ashley asked me during our consultation if she could include a single yellow rose in her bouquet in honor of her grandmother. So unique and sentimental!

Ashley also wanted to wear a flower crown with flowers in the back. Hers was a combination of Parvafolia eucalyptus and Italian Ruscus. The crown was pinned in her hair AND she also wore a veil. Can't wait to see pictures of how it looked in her hair!

Ashley's girls also wore flower crowns. We used Parvafolia and Gunni eucalyptus, along with Honey bracelet and tied them in the back with ivory ribbon. Caught one of girls outside and had to snap a pic!

I must make a confession... I forgot to take pictures of the bridesmaids bouquets. At least the only picture they're in is a cute one! :)

The bridesmaids bouquets were just greenery, but nothing short of gorgeous! Paired with the girls' nude/champagne dresses, they popped! These are definitely part of the upcoming trend!

The guys' boutonnieres were a single ivory rose, paired with a white spray rose and Seeded eucalyptus.

And as always, the face of the lil' guy after drop off is complete and it's time to get to work. He gets all the ladies with those eyes and that smile, including auntie. #futureladykilla

CEREMONY DECOR

Sometimes, 30 feet of eucalyptus garlands lining a wood aisle is all it takes.

No words needed!

RECEPTION

Jason and Ashley's reception stayed the "simple" course with the centerpieces, but with their swing and sweetheart table vision, they went for the WOW factor!

And yes, assembling selfies are a must with no handy hubbies on site to take pictures.

One more, just because he's so stinkin' cute! :)

Repeat after me........... yep, we're speechless too.

So in love with how their swing turned out!

We used Parvafolia, Gunni, and Seeded eucalyptus for the garland pieces, and then used some mauve roses with white spray roses as accents. Inviting right?!

The centerpieces were a modern white simplicity. Four candles at different heights with eucalyptus stems weaved in and out is what comprised these delicate, yet romantic settings.

Ashley's sweetheart table vision was different than anything we've ever seen or done before. We hung a eucalyptus garland inside the frame of the table and placed both white and mauve roses throughout, more heavily concentrated towards the top.

Head turner, for sure!

We definitely had to get creative in finding a way to secure this all to the table while maintaining the "floating" illusion. Cue the floral wire and fishing line!

I think I speak for Terha and myself when I say that this wedding was definitely a favorite! Not only because of Ashley's vision, but because of the stroll down memory lane. Being back at the same house where we were almost one year ago, working with some of the same vendors from Kevin and Sarah's wedding... it was just a fun day!

Despite being sweaty and gross, a group shot was a must with these pretty ladies, who are more than just clients to us. :)

Another memorable wedding in the books!

Until next time!

xoxo,

Stephanie
