Derek & Angela | Wedding

We had the pleasure of meeting Angela back in January when she was visiting from Chicago. We discussed her dreamy vision of different tones of peach and white for her San Diego Marina Village wedding... And chuckled at the fact that she works at the hospital where Terha's nephew and nieces were born.

San Diego did not disappoint come Angela's wedding day! Sunshine and coastal breeze was on point...And for that, we'll let the pictures take it away...

BRIDAL PARTY

We always do our best to photograph bouquets before we deliver them to the bride... Let's just say the struggle was real in finding a good backdrop ;)

Angela's bouquet was comprised of peach and white standard roses, peach and white carnations, white lisianthus, baby's breath, and Italian Ruscus. Isn't the contrast with the blue background just stunning?!

Derek's boutonniere was made to match his bride with a standard peach rose.

The bridesmaids' bouquets were all white with all the same flowers as Angela's but also included white stock.

Bride and bridesmaid bouquets side by side... We love when brides want all the color in theirs and classic white in their bridesmaids. It really just makes the bride stand out EVEN more!

Pictures taken... Now time for delivery! Nevermind the car seat photobomb. :)

Umm, two words: HELLO GORGEOUS! How amazing does Angela look?!

CEREMONY

Terha and I are SO beyond blessed to have husbands that are incredibly supportive of what we do. So supportive, to take the time on their day off to help us in our work! We love them to pieces for it!

And seriously, what better husband rocks the baby carrier while helping unload, so new mom Terha is free to work... Major props Chris!

Angela wanted a small corner floral spray for her arch... one that had more flowers than greens and that dressed up the arch a bit.

Just the perfect touch of floral to this arch... with a view of the harbor!

SWEETHEART TABLE

Angela requested that the arch spray be moved to her sweetheart table after the ceremony. She let us know the week of the wedding that the arch would be different/smaller than what we originally planned for. SO we had some extra floral and were able to assemble a sweetheart table spray!

The floral spray was a great way to separate the bride and groom on a very long head table. The bed of greenery really added a pop of contrast the pastel linens too!

One of our smaller weddings, but a memorable one! We not only love delivering bouquets to the bride on her wedding day to let her know that we're there, but we also love seeing their reaction when they see their flowers for the first time! Angela's did not disappoint and we are so thrilled to have achieved her vision!

We also loved having the guys tag along (all 3 of them)!

And, HUGE shoutout to my husband Richard for putting his photography skills to use!

Until next time!

xoxo,

Stephanie
